How to Book
We ask you to prebook 7 days ahead. If you need a carseat on shorter notice, please send us a message and we will try to find a solution for you.
But now to the topic: How does a booking like this actually work?
First Step: Book your child seat!
But where do I do that?
Choose your desired location. The system will now ask you to select the rental period and the desired child seat. If you're unsure which seat you need, feel free to contact us.
Please note: We also need your arrival and departure dates and flight numbers. Please include this information directly in the comment field.
If necessary, it is also sufficient to send an email with the required data (name, order number, arrival and departure dates, and flight numbers) to info@travelkids.de after booking, but as early as possible.
Second step: When you arrive
The respective location, where our staff is waiting for you, will be communicated after your booking, since it varies per location.
Don`t worry, the pick-up and dop-off location for your carseat is always a convenient place at the airport.
Third step: Installation of the rented car seat
All you need to do now is installing the premium car seat in your rental car and buckle your kid properly. In case of questions all carseats have an quick installation guide on the product or a QR code for an easy access of the manual.

Fourth step: At the end of your vacation
Time flies, and even faster when you have fun. Once your vacation comes to an end, you have to give your carseat back. (If you are totally in love, we can help you though! Just send us a message.)
Our agent will be ready right before your flight at the airport and pick up your carseat at the designated location. No hustle, no extra stress!
