Impressions: Mallorca 2023
So there I was – my first time in Mallorca! And it had only taken me 30 years to finally make it here.
"You've already been to Mallorca," I hear my mother nagging. "You were just in my belly back then."
And how often I had heard about it! How beautiful and wonderful it is – and now I could finally see for myself. It was already late when we arrived, and the first sight after leaving the airport was truly overwhelming. Palm trees and cheerful people everywhere I looked. No wonder, since these people were surely all tourists finally on vacation and enjoying the warm, beautiful weather.
When we left Munich, it was pouring rain, and now I was greeted with warm air and a pleasant 30 degrees. This is definitely something I could get used to, I thought to myself.
